I just launched a fully remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with wide open and big living spaces inclusive of a big pool table, (7) TV's, sleeps 13 home with a yard that could host party for 50 with a massive pergola with outdoor kitchen, pool, putting, green, and other games! 

I've got a STR with 6 TV's (one in each room and the living room).

A living room should have a seating set (couch/chairs, sectional, etc), and a TV stand, and maybe an area rug, depending on the flooring type. 

I want to be young/active enough to actually enjoy myself and not just sit around watching TV.

Leisure can be tough on accomplishers, but I'm chill in general and content.I like learning new stuff, revisiting old hobbies and causes and I wrote a small book/manuscript. 

Learn/Improve/Spend Time Wisely.Learn the difference between leisure time and wasting time. 

TV flipping shows often ignore holding costs.

Receipts you can then scan at your leisure and just store in a digital folder by month. 

A man from the British parliament was on tv the other day and stated that in the U.S. a man with early prostate cancer has a 5-year survival rate of 100%, the Britain, with their socialized healthcare, it's 77%.
