Finally, I was a president of my 5 unit townhouse/condo in roger park, and it was very interesting in how we had to raise our HOA fees in order to meet capital expenditures...it seemed like when our toilets crashed or went away to toilet heaven, all of the others did too.

I mean when I visited the city and the area, I didn't feel like it was a warzone or anything, but you could tell just the house quality is just much different than other more remodeled homes and cities.

Given the area of Del Cerro, we used high end finishes throughout and every detail was carefully picked out from the door knobs to the iPad control station to Bose surround sound throughout the house to LED mirrors to the Versailles travertine floors to the wall hung toilets to the custom cabinets w/ granite countertops, etc...Nothing was left untouched!
