Hi Joel, if a conventional refinance is not an option there may be a less than 1.00 ratio DSCR product that would work.

@Nick Morello  I have a proctor account were I put all of my builders risk stuff... zurich has this product as well.... you just e mail them and address and boom your insured.. they charge by the month..

I imagine I would have to go through bridge financing and refi out once stabilized if I can't assume the existing.
