I know Gov Sununu wasn't a fan when it was hotly debated last year and given all the talk around a presidential run I doubt he'd be spending much time thinking about it now.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies who spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

Certain people will charge more because they can't afford to figure things out for a mere $100 a month when expecting to probably spend 30-60 minutes on the books, especially if they have other clients to attend to.

You could spend a lot less time finding a traditional property and go that route.

Unfortunately, consumers don't want to spend the extra 10-30 mins reading on how to protect themselves (including newbie investors and homeowners) at a minimum level by simply reading through brochures from a website.

Better to ask first rather than spend a lot of money and find out later..... :-)

We are also in an area with a low entry point for home buyers so someone thinking of spending $2000 or more for rent is also in the market to potentially buy a home as well which makes the "higher" end rentals a bit tougher to fill except for folks that are building their Dream home and not done yet or in OKC for the short term for a job or family situation.
