They could say new roof and they simply put a new layer on top but underneath could need replacing down to the decking.On a NN lease for a building of that size you could be talking millions of dollars of costs you are obligated for over time.

@DJ Dawson thanks, yeah I’ve done the exterior walk around and the landscaping of the front definitely needs to be re-leveled abunch of stones underneath, dry rot, gutter, electrical potentially, few Tre stumps in the back yard, recreating driveways etc
