All (six) of the state associations will have booths at the show and I'm also sure they would be happy to discuss it as well.Used homes, as you likely know more than anyone else here, are in short and shrinking supply and will continue to be so.

You want to consider current rent estimates but also what happens if you have to drop the rents by $200 if there is a recession and the pool of renters shrinks due to double-bunking.I am in Minneapolis and willing to meet up for coffee and walk through the spreadsheet I use.Even in the hot market, I was able to buy two listed properties a couple of months ago that are both great investments.

Some landlords actually give the tenant a form that must be filled out by the doctor, rather than just accept a letter the tenant provides.She'll probably be able to get a doctor or shrink to say she'll benefit from having one, but as someone else mentioned, if there is some question about your "allowing" a dog, you can show that you never changed your pet policy.

I have just been stuck in this deal right out of the gate and unfortunately have kept my line of credit tied up all this time trying to swim up steam and keep it going as I had hoped to increase my chances of shrinking my loss and move on.
