Anything that went parabolic (meaning a sharp, dramatic turn upward and to the right) must come down, and it will often come down in a mirrored parabolic fashion that it went up.

I'll come at this from a different angle.From a personality angle.I've seen ones who are contentious with nearly every renter, ones who dislike the demographic (but do their job legally), ones who cannot close  a prospect on a unit no matter what, ones with their thoughts elsewhere, and ones who are as smooth as glass.Despite the differences, they all could do the job well enough to get buy.I like loyalty, communication as needed, and being shielded from the sharp edges of the business (things I consider sharp), such as arguing with an angry late payor over a late charge, etc...

The client I referenced is pretty sharp but definitely treats the Mexico house like a toy and not an investment, so perhaps not the best reference point.
