we also have boat and RV parking at another location which is almost full.

I have been tracking the area are the Sequioa National Park and have seen some numbers that comp out.

Only a few houses will work for either;  parking, isolation from neighbors etc.

Our 2005 version of Rules & Regs clearly state "Parking Rule: Exception: Commercial Vehicle 1-ton or less allowed in driveway only" (no street, yard, etc.).

I managed a budies house in a strict HOA and he was continuously being sent bills for fines from things like parking on street or leaving trash cans on the street after trash day.I personally will never buy an investment property where there is an HOA.

If not, simply park your money into funds or stuff like that.

Also some of my contractors did not want to bid due to parking challenges of mission beach.It came out fairly nice, but the cost was crazy and I personally did way more construction work than anticipated due to getting $crewed by 2 separate handymen.   

If you are rich and want to park money with a modest return then hire everything out.
