My bank really screwed me at last second making me come out of pocket.

BIG RED FLAG!

I have been to mechanics school,Welding school,cut meat for 35 years, ran heavy equipment, been an over the road truck driver and owned a butcher shop.  

I sell a house that has underlying mortgage still on a land contract, which put me at risk for a due on sale trigger (understand the risks of note being called from many prior posts).2.  

But at the same time, next year when I'm doing my taxes and need to claim ownership of a house that I'm getting an income from....and I get red flagged and in trouble...that'd suck.

I was talking to a real estate agent and he mentioned that if I list the true square footage I could be raising some red flags.

You might get compensated by this but in many cases there is just not enough meat on the bone and a settlement is reached.

This may put a little more meat on the bones and make it more interesting to someone looking to do a deal without a lot of cash.
