If you've personally seen the applications and trust what they're doing on the front end to screen these residents it seems like this is an anomaly, at least for the 38128 property.

I don't understand how any think stating they were party to fraud somehow empowers them to a reward. 

I always remember that rockstars know rockstars, so find someone who is a mover and shaker - likely a meetup host - and then ask them who they know.The people doing 100 flips are super busy, so I've also found the best person to find is someone who is a step or two ahead of me...so maybe for you, that is someone doing 2-3 flips a year.

Not really worth the time for me.As someone who has written a bunch of algorithms over the years, I am pretty sure there is much more that goes into the results for each person other than the obvious.

It was definitely not personal.

It's always a personal choice everyone has a different perspective.   

I then flip for a quick profit to a local developer/builder who is willing to work with the town to develop the lot or if its a home run I invest the time & money to permit them personally and sell for 10% under retail.  

There is no universal right or wrong, it's personal, it should be a strategy that enhances your life not takes away from it.
