I assisted Signal Hill PD on a massive shootout in that Home Depot Parking Lot during the late 1990's.

I guess that’s one of the few upsides to our community owned parks.

Any thoughts out there about a couple of things: vac rental market in these areas, taxation, overall insight, etc. we have secondary thoughts about Big Bear and Frazier Park, CA, but investment market is very tight here with Palm Springs area mostly closed out.

I run a meetup in Oak Park/Berwyn area, but you can find so many great meetups across the city and suburbs.

If someone tells you that they can do your deal with no problem and are smashing all of your other quotes out of the park, something is fishy.

I installed the pump to handle all the rain water for my entire 8,000 sq ft parking lot and driveway.

You can filter by bedroom/bathroom count, square footage, year built, acres, room features, construction materials, parking features, proximity to the subject property, sold within the past six months, fixtures, etc.

Large lot you can add an ADU, more parking, pool or take the pool out, add mother in law unit, etc.  

But why would lenders not loan if the park owns the home?
