Does anyone have any insight if there is a disadvantage with this election as opposed to taxation as a partnership or S corp?

I am not opposed to it but don't have many contacts/connections in other cities (yet)...

So bottom line is out of area investor with 25 to 30k can get in the game.. and that is the attraction.. were 25 to 30k in the high priced markets not so much.. and then you have others that have more wherewithal than that and they scale it .. bottom line investors chasing yield.If investors can get a 5% return in CA.. as opposed to 5% in the mid west what would they do..

Going conventional with the help of a savvy MLO in the long run for multiple acquisitions will probably yield more fruit over time as opposed to going the FHA route imo. 

Account Closed get a great local inspector and make sure he/she checks out all the major systems as opposed to wasting time looking at paint chips and door hardware. 

Potentially lower your wholesale spread on the deal to make it more desirable, back out, buy it your self, or you could perform an option as opposed to an assignment.  

Make an agreement and sell it with the house.I hold an opposing view about the neighbor being able to "just go chop the fence" up, especially if it had the required permits when it was built.

This will be a long term investment, primarily interested in cash flow as opposed to market value.  

My question is, what would be the most efficient way to operate this for the most tax advantages/breaks as opposed to claiming it on my own personal taxes?
