Assuming that you are actually going to be looking after your property and aware of what is going on, I wouldn't worry too much about laundry mats and car washes.

If you go to the DASHBOARD and hover your mouse over the NETWORKING drop down in the gray toolbar, you'll see a link to view all of your colleagues there.

Also I live in Alaska and my investments will be here, fairly close to home, Anchorage, Eagle River, Chugiak, maybe the Mat Valley and everything must comply with the RE laws of the State of Alaska. 1.
