When you do this - do you have to pay Excise tax every time you sell again?

In which this case you are not reselling the drywall, but a finished product aka the house.Here in South Dakota we also have to pay an excise tax on top of it.

There are some risks to this strategy, such as more debts being levied on the seller and further encumbering the property.The idea was two fold, one to buy some time to work out the funding and two tie up the property so that no other buyer could purchase the property without going through you.

I was just over the levy from 400 floating homes.. so 95% of my tenants owned floating homes and had no storage per se'...
