I've locked horns with a couple of posters here selling their stuff and they have been so combative and evasive that people email me that they are shocked that someone trying to convince them that they are legitimate would behave so badly publicly.

When you can make money several different ways in real estate, it enables you to be consultative and to be seen as on the seller's side, trying to help them solve their problem, rather than being in an adversarial relationship of just offering them a steeply discounted price for their house.

I consider it a legal scam as the agencies that provide the doctors that rubber stamp the certificate are legitimate agencies (same agencies that certify the legitimate service animals) that collect fees for this serviceSo far if I allowed animals at the unit I have accepted the certificate and have not collected additional moneys (normally I charge additional cleaning deposit and a small increase to the monthly rent (1st animal is charged more than subsequent animals)).
