The rental license shows it to be "4 dwelling units + office (low-rise)" but the county is showing it simply as a 4 unit residential. 

That's one of the bad sides of the "instant information" society we live in.

Some communities up north allow "Accessory Dwellings" on SFR if you want to do some house hacking.
