My buyer agent isn't answering e-mails or voice mails.

First off, I don't want to be a Real Estate Agent.Whatever anyone's reasons are for choosing the path they choose, I don't think beating on them in a public forum is the way to guide them.I haven't found an investor friendly Real Estate agent to work with..I'm not painting all Real Estate agents with the same brush and calling them all useless.This is a very helpful and instructive forum for new people.I find this thread turned into the exact opposite of what I've found on here and I'm just voicing my displeasure at the tone of it.

I took a winding path to my current position over the past five years, but have an educational background in architecture including a masters in sustainable design from Philadelphia University (an amazingly innovative place).

I checked my messages and had 1 voice mail from someone on my buyers list.

so I will devils advocate... we are assuming OP is going to be the voice of reason.... and silent partner wants to buy a gold plated toilet... what if OP is the one chasing an episode of fixer upper...?

Yes, slim chance of getting anything back but the object is to trash the tenant's credit score for the next 10 years.I even called the Governor's office and the Landlords Covid Rental relief organizations and voiced my displeasure with the covid assistance rules that require the cooperation of the tenant.

If legal, get one of those mini-voice recorders and record any conversations/confrontations that you have with him.
