While I have your attention..how do I do the mention to someone in a post where it tags/highlights their name? 

I was told to go over each page with the tenant discussing highlights and then having them initial right away.

I don't want to talk you out of pursuing a new business venture, just want to highlight all the work that can go into a property management company's business operations in order to be successful (and relatively stress free).  

I think this discussion does highlight to the general audience reading this about the complexities of investing in commercial real estate and managing CAM is one of them.

I've been contemplating getting my RE license for quite a while as there are many opinions on the books and blogs I've read that highlight specific advantages of being licensed, especially if I want to acquire more investment properties (rentals, flips, and perhaps wholesale deals) in the future.A few unique variables:1) my parents own rentals that they'd like to make sure they pay me as the listing agent if and when they are to start selling these properties in the years to come.

I tried to insert everyone's names, but it doesn't show up highlighted, making me think I'm doing something wrong...Lots of good info, and David Willis from Texas is actually the attorney I was using.

Highlight the column. 

shower curtain (or none at all to highlight the nice tile), heavy duty floor/exterior paint for the garage floor. 

The highlights will be installing an island with a long counter top to create a bar.
