@Anthony Gayden Lol, I thought I was the only one who was fascinated by the people on American Greed and try to synonymize some aspects of it to real estate. 

I understand that the property will still be covered by my personal liabilty insurance, but I would like to move the other business aspects into a separate business identity.

I’d like to think that the personal aspect of showing up on someone’s door would have a greater influence in their mind than, say, a mailer or phone call.
