What questions should I ask an accountant?

Hi BP

More than likely I will be moving out of my house to rent it out as my first rental property.  I know just about nothing when it comes to taxes.  I feel like taking on a rental, as well as purchasing a new primary residence I would be smart to meet with an accountant.

Any suggestions on how to find a good one?

Once I do, more important, what questions should I ask?  Or am I overthinking this aspect?

Thanks BP!
