How do you feel comfortable with a very low offer knowing that it's leaves an enormous profit for me and my buyer.

I am doing that now.I guess I just wasn't sure if there was an actual tool on this site so I did not have to add to the already enormous links I am saving just trying to learn the basic of this business!

This can vary enormously depending on the condition of the basement, zoning regulations and the location of the property.

In the long run, this matters enormously.
