There may be other endorsements that you could add depending on the property.

I actually agree with a lot of what he said as I in no way endorse the misleading or deception of homeowners and sellers.  

You would want to get a homeowners policy with an endorsement for renting one of the units in the house out.

The owner must have an STR endorsement in place on their policy….

@Joe Davis  With a partial note sale there is usually an Assignment of the Deed of Trust (or Mortgage) and an endorsement/allonge of the note from the note holder to the investor.
