Suggestion: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.I never received my order, no eta, and the only response I received was dated 10/21 saying they’d contact the manufacturer for a status.

Of course, all of this I'm only assuming since I don't have all the info.

@Randall Ayers did you ever get back in contact with next-financing?

Do you believe self-showings, where there is little to no human contact, (to build value in your unit or the PM company), until a tenant has paid an application fee, a race to the bottom on your rent rate?  

DM me, and I will send you contacts for attorneys, lenders, and accountants they have previously used.

My point of contact, Adam, gave me lots of assurances about how this investment would be a great opportunity.

End of year what documents info will you need from us?
