Creates "charm."

Do you just love real estate?  

I laughed out loud when I read that, I guess most people would die to live here but sadly I'm not a beach lover.

After watching many documentaries and reading a lot I decided I wanted to get into investing for a living and I love real estate also I figured it would be smart to combine the 2.I am really eager to learn from the more experienced and looking forward to making some connections. 

They love RE and/or have a lot of energy. 3) Full time intenders - these people have other work now, but want to make a full time career in RE.  

Next time up tough we will not do a full wrap porch.. framing in that market is almost double what we pay in ORegon.. this one sold at 292k within 3 days on market. with a 17% net profit end of the day.We currently have 5 more going and one is the subject of the reality show "southern charm" I will update that one once we see the video from the production company it should be pretty cool.

I assume it's all negotiable.I was walking my do today and saw a charming little two story home recently built and sold.

I will admit there's a certain charm and excitement to the city which would definitely attract me there from time to time, but the place I call home would definitely be a nice house in the suburbs.

I'm actually a huge animal lover, but the temptation was too great!
