Well said... well said...I couldn't agree more with Joshua, the bootcamps are informative I am sure... but you can learn the same stuff from a book and these forums... in fact if you want to send me $5000 ill point you to the posts whenever you want ;)You will learn more just browsing, reading, and participating in these forums than you ever will at any guru session.

Sometimes the thread titles are misleading.It just seems to take a long time for threads to load for me and this would make browsing this board faster/efficient for me.

Jon, thanks for your post.This "forum" is more like a newspaper than an interactive place.I can neither edit nor delete anything I have written.I am sure that there is a reason for such interface design.

zillow can show comparable sales - you just have to not believe the zestimate amount for valuation.county websites can sometimes be searched for this sort of info too, depending on what data they provide and how their search interface is set up.

josh, instead of lines of text stacked pretty tightly together, now each category occupies more room so you have to scroll down more to view multiple categories and it takes longer to locate a category. it's not at all what im used to on most of the forums i browse (mainly IT forums so I guess they're big on efficiency)
