For colors we use Behr spun wool (LRV 73) for walls and Behr ultra white for trim (LRV 94) we have found the Behr ceiling paint provides better coverage on ceilings than most other brands we've used.

It may be ok if the property you are getting has a brand new roof, furnace, and HWT, but 99% of the time if its still in good operating condition no one will replace those.

If, however, you are starting out fresh, and it is appearing as a new listing with no reviews, you could market it that way by taking fresh photos and giving it a face lift with the summary calling out that it is a new listing.

She should have been using rinse aid for the dishwasher to prevent Water spots or a better brand dish washer detergent.You need to nip all this in the bud.When my tenants ask for an upgrade I ask how much extra rent is this worth to you?
