So at least I’m getting a confidence boost.

In other words, if you boost one unit from a $600 to a $900, it's going to be hard to rent that one unit while the other 3 are still too far below that standard. 

Wholesalers add no value to the real estate world... you tie up a sellers property asking unrealistic prices, your sales do not hit the MLS so you do not boost values in an area and most are uneducated hacks. 

They're probably offering to sign a 5 year lease, because they want to lock in their rent before the improvement is made.As said above, there's really nothing preventing tenants from just breaking leases, beyond their own sense of morality.

They are big, we are not. so stop the moralizing about that we are greedy or harsh or other stupid things when it's our business and not yours and we do as we think we need to do. it's completely and totally none of your business

I want to refinance with a personal mortgage  to boost our monthly income.  

Or it's the other way around and the community will boost the price and demand for nearby houses?

These soulless a holes have no moral compass, and are always a "victim" of a subpar contractor.I cant count how many employees/subs I have paid in full to just leave my jobsite and not return before the project is complete.

I personally took some steps to boost my liquidity a few weeks ago, and I'm glad that I did.
