Really do not have many preferences besides the cost of living being less than this booming Denver market.

Good evening members,As many of you have seen, the DFW market area is booming with new construction which is causing a lot of old "stay away" neighborhoods to be gentrified.A lot of these suburbs are becoming very popular for both the young and old generations.That being said, I wanted to ask for those of you who wholesale or invest in the DFW market what suburbs/zip codes are you guys considering now that you didn't consider before AND which are some places that you are still a "NO WAY JOSE" mentality.The reason why I am asking this is that I am starting to learn more about the DFW market (I am not from here).

Jarrell is experiencing a bit of a boom right now but it's still very much a bedroom town, there really isn't much other than the housing communities there now, but that will change over time and the houses are VERY inexpensive right now.

I started in real estate in 2005 so I saw the height of the last real estate boom and I saw LOTS of people lose a lot of money.

Delray Beach is booming for sure!

John is booming but IMHO it has no soul, and (b) it's a really boring drive.
