I would buy it in two batches. first batch is using the last sale filter to 01/01/2015second batch don't use the filter.

Ryan,I used their skip trace portal, which allows you to search by name, address, DOB, SSN, and allow you to set an email response once the subject you are looking for apply for credit and update their file with new information, and yes they allow batch orders in 2000 or more at one time.Joe Gore
