You need to be thinking about the finished height before you lay the underground utilities!

The hot rehab market is allowing teams to do quick and partially finished job and jump to the next job. 

It could also be that your rehab/finishes/curb appeal are not up to local standards to attract the buyers but price overcomes all objections.What can you do now and next time?

The money making part though is the previous owners had built a detached studio that was mostly finished.

Its my second build at this scope but its exactly the same scope and complexity as what i just finished....just in a much nicer neighborhood so resale is much higher.
