Regardless of whether I get into the business, I think that wholesalers who operate ethically provide a valuable service that benefits both sellers and investors, and I think it would be a shame if the commission tried to stop the practice here.

Only when Rich eased up and started back to traveling was I able to catch him.Both Jon Holdman and Will Barnard are highly active, and well respected among the membership; I don't think I'll be passing either of them unless they just stop participating.Being ranked in the top 10 is nothing to be ashamed of :cool: ... and it's certainly better than being in the bottom 10.

I think it is a shame that this business model is no longer workable in this climate and, the ones who are missing out the most are the ones that can not afford to pay cash for a mobile home.
