No, I don't like to bait people...I just find it annoying when someone says, "I'm done arguing about this," when all they mean is, "I'm done arguing about this in this particular thread because my argument has be proven inconsistent."

It is annoying to see a good title, get to the blog, just to find out it is some ad for their business,. usually for loan modifications, etc.

So I've been using CAR forms in Los Angeles... they are long, complicated and annoying...

It's starting to annoy me as I don't know what to do with them....I've dropped the rent, offered 2nd month free rent, and they are fully done up inside.

The buyers agent was already a little annoying at first when we(my listing agent) told them it would be a double close whereas I was buying it and reselling it to them.

Back in their home countries, you can see plenty of lazy people with the same entitlement mentality that is very annoying to all of us.But I am sure there is some entitlement abuse among all types of people, foreign and native born.

I am however an expert at knowing when I'm annoyed with someone.

I was also thinking about how awesome it would be if I had all your guys phone numbers so I could annoy the heck out of you with all my questions haha.It's kinda funny, us young guys are the first to endorse this idea.
