Do you have any experience using robot vacuums for cleaning your rentals?

Make sure they own a vacuum ... and know how to use it! 

Also, the zero percent interest introductory period was coming to an end, as well as the "no fee for the first year" on my american airlines CC. 

The only time I don't use a card is for purchases where they charge a fee for using credit, because there is no incentive then.I have used other reward cards in the past like airline rewards to get point bonuses.

-Set up a loaner closet: Tables/chairs, vacuum, iron board, iron, hide-a-bed, crib, car seats, etc.

You could bring a vacuum and a few boxes of baking soda.

It is easier to clean with a mop.You can combine tiles or vinyl with a rug if someone will vacuum the rug.Also have a door mat outside.
