I thinking serving he city with a lawsuit and then settling right out of the starting gate to make this an adult or senior living community.Who own's the senior center and why do they have more pull than you?

We're all adults, and the idea that people need to be protected from their own irresponsible financial decisions is ludicrous. 

It runs about $75-80/month for the entire property (both units are 3/2.5 with 2-3 adults living in each side).

I have two adult parents living there plus 4 children, so 2 people per room already.

Staying in the same rental house for the last 12 years has been a point of stability for my now adult kids.

Perhaps the biggest issue was their almost adult female children who began popping out children like they were PEZ dispensers and dropping them off with mom and dad to raise.The Section 8 program also hired a new inspector who began to nit pick during inspections.

Occupants include adults and children of any age.As far as any advertising is concerned, are there specific reasons why you are considering stating maximum occupants for your rental?
