The lender will require the CFD be paid off in the new loan, placing you in title in a position to grant a deed of trust.You mentioned other assets, if you can swing the financing without the subject property, that may eliminate financing matters, but not all the issues.Remember too, your seller can die, a buyer can get into a real mess with a CFD.
