I am a San Antonio Native and am currently residing in Austin.I concur there are few four-plexes (or quad-plexes) available in San Antonio much less Austin.

Since I am not a native of Detroit, I wanted to ask folks living and familiar with the Detroit area about their opinion of this neighborhood.

I don't own rentals in L.A , but as a native of L.A and living here I've seen that rent control is a bad policy.

Native Floridians actually look forward to Hurricanes in my areas, it’s more of a feeling of Relaxing, hanging out, and enjoying the cool weather before, during and after. 

But I'm a little disheartened to see that my native state of Maine made the list of states where people are moving to.

The first time I ever rented a property to tenants in SLC, about 50% of the applicants were native-born Utah people...today, I'd say that only about 5% are native Utahns, and the other 95% are people moving here from all over the country...so, anecdotally, it does seem like we've been experiencing a significant influx of people moving here (and the population growth has been well-documented).
