Very New - Colorado Springs, CO :)
Hi all!!
My name is Lindsay and I am completely new to everything real estate related.
I graduated with a B.S. in Psychology and am currently searching to find my calling. My husband is in the military so essentially I am looking for a profession that can move when we do.
My mother and father are both in commercial real estate with my aunt being an agent working for Remax, but I have no direct knowledge about the business so I figured that I would join a network that does in order for me to learn prior to investing!
I am a Georgia native, currently residing in Colorado. My goals for real estate currently are to learn from those who have come before me. However, I really am looking to get into house flipping. I found this website by googling information on house flipping and found an article directing me here.

@Lindsay Lundeen Lindsay, I've been looking for properties in Colorado Springs for about 8 months now, I've been looking at multifamily units for buy and hold and the biggest issue I've had is that the rents are relatively low there vs. the prices for the properties. Thankfully, people on this site have been incredible at helping me tease through the process.
