I am a private lender financing business purpose loans for investment properties in california.I like to service my own loans as that gives me an opportunity to keep in touch with my borrowers and also turn them as my marketing agents too ( where ever i can)I am only doing about 5 loans at a time and use xls for that (interest only loans)I al looking for a recommendation for a cloud based software I could use for servicing a small pool of california loans.Please advise.

My background is a software engineer, but I want to end my 9-5 and start working towards wealth and financIal independence.I recently moved to Chandler, AZ and would love to meet some other wholesalers and potentional investors.

You will not get any notifications when someone is there doing damage or breaking in but you can replay the footage after the fact if they dont steal the computer or NVR.I use Digital watchdog cameras and software.

Some tax software like TurboTax , or professional services if you are too concerned,   can do it for you in a more accurate way . 

I am not fully convinced on  such 3rd party software 

To keep organized I would recommend a software called Evernote or a similar system. 

However do not really have experience using another software. 

Not sure about your area though but here in South, FL it doesn't show up immediately so it's best if you have your R/E license and use an iMapp type software and it'll be more up to date with the accuracy of the sale.

I'd like to transition into multi unit investing some day because in my head I see it as more manageable but with a PM in place maybe it doesn't matter.For my day job, I'm a software developer (Android historically).
