I assume that given their large social media presence they must get inundated by people that are just not serious and would otherwise be wasting their time and resources which requiring them spending money to purchase an analysis would definitely cut down on those not serious and also bring in additional revenue.

A Canon 5D MkIII (full frame DSLR) with a Canon 16-35mm LII lens - very wide angle.Any very wide angle setup will do, but combine that with a decent HDR in-camera function or HDR in post processing.I can shoot most houses in under 45 minutes.

Your best areas for getting in under $100K would be Belair Edison and Saint Helena followed by Kenilworth park and Woodbourne Heights.
