Insurance deductible
9 units. My deductible is $500. Is it worth changing to $1000 to save $129 a year? How often are you making insurance claims? Thanks for input. Have a wonderful day.

@Kevin Manz it's really up to your risk tolerance. Think of it as being paid $129 per year to accept another $500 in risk. In under 4 years you are self funding your deductible.
How many claims have you had so far?
Most of my clients have a $2,500 or $5,000 deductible.
