Because I am in the Salt Lake area I use Rentler for my listings.  

In the Salt Lake area, water shares for the various canals that flow from Utah Lake to the Great Salt Lake have been as low as $1500 and as high as $8,000 since I have been watching them over the last 8 years.

I'm a relative novice so take that with a grain of salt.

I'm an extreme newbie at this, so take my words with a grain of salt and give them less weight than some of the more seasoned investors.

Any company worth their salt will be doing their best to settle the claim fairly and in a reasonable time frame.

I just wholesaled a duplex in South Salt Lake for $205K with an ARV of $285K. 

For example, some properties on loopnet will disclose current NOI or list the gross, the expenses, and other variables...but how much salt should I throw on those numbers? 

We're looking for multi's in Utah, Salt Lake, and Davis Counties.
