A DSCR would be perfect for me because I have funds for down payment, I have good enough credit and my strategy has proven to do a lot more than just service the debt.Does anyone know of any good DSCR lenders that I could contact?

For me, a "Good" Sponsor looks something like this: - Fees more or less result in a solid full-time salary for sponsor, not millions in upfront compensation:  Fees are structured such that the sponsor earns a good living while managing your money, but does not make a killing until your money is returned.

Looking to invest, I was thinking of flipping, as well airbnbs, etc.... many RE options -cant decide which one is right for me....obviously $ is consideration too,...

Personally, I wouldn't do any flip for less than $30k net of sale because STCG tax for me would end up leaving me with about $20k or so of actual profit.

So, I'm challenged right now finding a property that will cash flow well enough for me to pull the trigger.
