I use Quickbooks Desktop Pro for accounting with my properties. 

@Johann Jells I know you said you don't need Quickbooks but I will suggest getting the desktop version.

I actually noticed that Mint on desktop version gives me little more control that I was underestimating its features. 

@Jason Boice if you're on the desktop BP version, top of the page under networking, if you hover over that it should bring up more tabs, from there go to the events tab.
