There is also alot of work that needs to be done around the house like painting, repairing some rotten wood (decorative) around the exterior of the home, drywall repairs from replacing the copper pipes, finishing the tile in the master bedroom, updating the kitchen and master bathroom, painting inside and out.

Both properties are lake front and have lots of potential, but need to be updated with new lighting, decor, furniture and maybe a small bit of remodeling.
