Hi all, There's a 125 year old MF property that I have my eye on, but it needs upgrades (roofing, electrical is very old, mechanical is ad hoc, asbestos mitigation, etc.).

What areas catch your eye, what places do you see yourself visiting, what locations can you get so passionate about, that you'll make your property the best STR for miles around?

There was more upfront cost, but my property is kept in pristine condition and constantly has eyes on it.

Anyway, lesson learned and I'll be keeping an eye on these  type of transactions ever more carefully as I continue to mature in my real estate investing trajectory.

My eyes are always open for multi family opportunities or single family homes in good areas if anyone ever comes across something!

Yeah mate,It was hard walking away from the $$$ but then again, you know me and how much I care about reputation.Takes a lifetime to build a reputation and only 1 wrong move to loose it.You even have to worry about what your partners are up to and not just worry about your own operation.Like driving a car, you won't necessarily crash if you are negligible so you have to keep your eye on other drivers also lolCrazy world we live in mate 

Insights on communities, property prices, and prospective rental revenue might be obtained from them.Keep an eye out for areas that are experiencing gentrification or revival.
