Hi Everyone,I'm just starting out and looking at small MFH properties but will be investing in the Midwest where I grew up, though I live in California.

I haven't seen Florida disclosures but in CA there are sections asking about foundation.

My insurance for a 15 unit apartment that I own in California went up from $3500/year to 10k to 12k/year.Are you guys seeing a big increase in California?

Hello everyone, we have decided to dip our toes in short term rentals in CA.

Personally, I’d avoid California.

I am currently living in the Bay Area, California.

We are not first time home buyers but have three single family homes ( rental) properties in California but want to buy our first apartment complex out of state for generating  cash flow for the long term.
