So even though I begged them not to buy it. heres what happened.OH we are better than the last owners they did not know how to treat the tenants and we are going to put in B ball hoops BBQ pits etc etc. 

What I care about is my dentist not messing up my grille or subjecting me to unnecessary pain.

You can build a small room around them, but you then need to provide vent grills in the wall or door, or a pipe that brings air down into that room from the attic or outside.Maybe this is obvious, but if you add storage rooms, make sure there's still enough room to move a replacement water heater, washer, dryer, etc, from the basement door or stairs to the place it needs to live. 

Love Edgewood, great spot of grabbing a drink/food...not to mention beautiful facilities/grounds (especially in spring/summer)Mott Canyon Tavern & Grill ive been once, great little spot which is right by where you are staying (kingsbury grade). 

Its just a small 7x7 structure to place a gas grill. 

Added amenities like Community Area with BBQ pits and pergola and dog park.

I'm thinking a shared free laundry space is one, perhaps a shared grill on an outdoor ground level patio.
