If these are solid rental properties, and you are accurate/honest when you do your taxes, there's a really good chance that you could get vanilla Agency loans.I have a lot of fun with batch refinances.

Adding stairs is something we’d like to do regardless because the laundry hook up is in the basement and we don’t want to have to run outside during winter with clothes to do our laundry!

We still have fun times... but for the past year I've been getting a little burnt on weed and video games (I'm completely sober now).

HVAC contractors do not lay off in the winter time there is no supply of technicians out there but there is plenty of demand so we will pay our people even if we don't have work to make sure that we don't lose an employee and I'm sure other contractors are doing the same thing.

As a successful investor and business owner, I felt like I had enough active and passive income and cash reserves to start having a little fun.  

I'm thinking I might snowbird it in the south during the winter and maybe take a 3 month project while I'm at it.
