I've got a pretty solid team built but still missing a carpet layer. 

If the "management" screws up then you can hopefully mitigate the damage to just that LLC.Thus, only two LLC's to organize and you have multiple layers of protection.

Plus the WY LLC is already the secondary layer beyond the actual LLC holding the property.

The plan is vital to obtain the goals.
