I would have recommended them until I learned of changes they are making.Now they want to impose the concept of "dynamic pricing" wherein the homeowner allows them to utilize an algorithim that will override the owner's list pricing pretty much at anytime.

A property like what I am visualizing (large hole in roof for years) may require several different issues addressed such as remediation, abatement, etc. these issues alone could make this a very bad investment and it's not a good way to start.
