I believe in visualization and self actualization.

None of these support dynamic data which is completely lame!

I am a visual learner what works best for me. 

I would have recommended them until I learned of changes they are making.Now they want to impose the concept of "dynamic pricing" wherein the homeowner allows them to utilize an algorithim that will override the owner's list pricing pretty much at anytime.

A property like what I am visualizing (large hole in roof for years) may require several different issues addressed such as remediation, abatement, etc. these issues alone could make this a very bad investment and it's not a good way to start. 

Everyone over age 18 should pass a criminal check and be comfortable that they are enhancing rather than harming the property and household dynamics.

For those of you who have jumped into real estate investments to reach the goal of financial independence, what is the lifestyle you have visualized for yourself after you have done so?

It's difference separates it from the I-35 corridor market dynamics allowing it to stand on its own instead of being a commuter community.I don't live or invest in Lockhart but appreciate that it has a stand alone economy that isn't dependent on the economic health of Austin or San Antonio.
